Oh, heyyyyy Valentine’s Day – is that you creeping up? Between working on new freelance projects & preparing for a PCS soon (more on that in another blog), I have just been so busy with life. But I love LOVE. And I can’t wait to see what the rest of the month brings. You see the month of February is special for me because it’s also our wedding anniversary month! So, I have double gifts to buy and receive. *does a celebration dance*
Speaking of gifts… I don’t think Valentine’s Day is just for lovers. I usually buy gifts for my kids as well as my friends. But I’m really cutting it short here. If you’re a last-minute shopper like me, then you’re in luck. I’ve put together a curated Valentine’s Day gift guide for procrastinators like myself. The best part? You can shop online for them all and many can be found on Amazon so you can take advantage of their 2-day shipping (if you’re a Prime user).
Don’t have Prime? Try Amazon Prime 30-Day Free Trial. Then, put your worries aside and relax. I’ve got you!
FOR YOUR #MCM
Shopping for bae is usually pretty easy for me, but now that we are on year 8 of our marriage it’s been a task in itself. This Valentine’s Day I chose to opt for subscriptions & goodies that he’s been hinting at. Take a look.
- ButcherBox subscription
My man loves to grill & cook in general. So, I thought this would be perfect for that home chef in your life or you can use it to plan date nights at home together! ButcherBox delivers 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef, free-range, organic chicken, heritage breed pork, and wild-caught sockeye Alaskan salmon directly to your door.
- Modern Bluetooth Turntable with Speakers
Does your MCM love music? This would be a cool gift for the old school music lover and the one who always has the best songs for the BBQs. Enjoy features like built-in Bluetooth that wirelessly streams his favorite music from across the room.
- Taco Socks
Because Tacos! Funny socks will always be a great gift. Don’t debate me. The Mexican food enthusiast or taco lover in your life will be sure to love them.
- Giant Yard Pong
Get him something fun to play with his friends. Yeah, regular pong is cool but everything is better when it’s bigger! Perfect for outdoor events such as parties, BBQs, tailgating, group events, camping and much more
- Flywheel Home Exercise Bike
If he’s into working out from the convenience of home, this is the ultimate gift. The Flywheel Home Bike With Built-In Tablet brings premium studio fitness to the convenience of home, blending high-intensity interval training, elite coaching, and performance tracking to ensure you get the best results.
- A New Video Game
There are so many options for the gamer in your life, but you should know what he likes or doesn’t like. Here are a few options: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, NBA 2K20, Madden 20
FOR THE BESTIE
My friends are my girls for life & they all fall into their own categories so there’s no one-size-fits-all gift that I can give them. So, I usually add a few options tp my gift list for them. I hope this gift guide helps to give you an idea of what to get your best gal pals, or maybe just to splurge on yourself (you deserve it, boo).
- Acrylic Clutch Purse
For your bestest, your Ace – the one that always holds you down.
- Scented Candle, Love
For the hopeless romantic friend who is a daily reminder that good people still exist.
- Amethyst Roller Massager
For the friend who is all about self-care and self-love.
- Stainless Steel Wine Tumbler with Lid
For your Netflix & chill friend who thinks its always 5 o’clock somewhere and always ready for a good talk.
- Graphic T-Shirt
For the strong friend, the one who always motivates you because she’s been through it too.
- Skincare Gummies (20% off Sundaily gummies)
For the healthy friend who brightens up any room when she walks in with her positive attitude and glowing skin to match.
FOR YOUR TEEN
I have two teenage daughters and I always gift them with treats on Valentine’s Day so they don’t expect them from someone else’s dusty son. Haha jk (maybe)! I just want them to always feel appreciated. So, whichever lucky person gets to give them a Valentine’s Day gift in the future – they better come correct.
FOR THE LITTLE ONES
The little ones love writing cards for their friends at school & receiving candies that they can devour within a day. But Mama makes sure each Valentine’s Day they get something that will remind them of who they are & let them know they are loved.
